MaineHealth Waldo Hospital is seeking a compassionate and motivated Clinical Team Assistant (CTA) to join our Primary Care team. As a Clinical Team Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting providers and the clinical team while helping deliver exceptional patient care. You'll assist with a variety of patient service and clinical responsibilities, working under the direction of licensed providers to ensure our patients receive the high-quality, compassionate care they deserve. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education:
Student or graduate of an accredited vocational program, community college, or university in the field of health sciences that required clinical experience for advancement; or completion of an MA program that did not require a clinical externship; or completion of a healthcare vocational program with a patient facing component; or equivalent relevant clinical patient facing experience will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
License/Certifications:
Current BLS certification within one month of hire required.
Experience:
A minimum of three months patient facing clinical experience required.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package. The pay range for this position is $20.27 to $24.36 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
