Job Description
This position is a hybrid of two roles: Front Office Reception and Medical Assistant Our practice is seeking an experienced individual to fill a medical receptionist position that includes patient rooming duties. Primary responsibilities will be assisting the front office with check-in, entering patient information into charts and rooming patients to be seen by the doctor. Phlebotomy and injection experience not necessary. The right candidate will have customer service experience, preferably in healthcare. We are a small team and it is essential that the individual hired is pleasant and able to communicate with patients and coworkers in a professional, courteous, empathetic manner with a top priority of helping the patient. This position is Monday thru Thursday, approximately 36-38 hours.
