Job Description
Medical Assistant needed for MD office in Dearborn Job available starting 8/21/2026 Part time Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Duties include: Escort patients to exam room, take and document vital signs Answering phone calls, make patient appointments, check messages and voicemails Give instructions to patients as advised by MD Fax and scan documents into patient's charts Contact other doctors for patient records and medications Keep exam rooms stocked and check if ordering supplies is needed Help maintain a tidy work environment and disinfect office areas as required Assist patients when needed and maintain good customer service skills Have good computer and phone skills Be personable and maintain good manners. The office uses Electronic Health Records. E-Clinical Works knowledge is a plus Office hours Monday to Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., Total 16 to 20 hours per week ( Mon to Thurs ) Pay relevant to experience No benefits offered for this job
