This role requires a motivated, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working in a high-volume urgent care setting and providing both clinical and administrative support. The ideal candidate can multitask efficiently while delivering exceptional patient care. Assist providers during urgent care examinations and procedures Prepare, clean, and restock exam and treatment rooms between patients Administer injections, perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and other clinical tasks within scope Coordinate labs, imaging referrals, and hospital transfers when needed Schedule appointments and manage patient flow in a high-volume environment Verify insurance information and update medical records Handle phone calls, faxes, and patient communications professionally Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and infection control protocols Required Qualifications Strong understanding of urgent care workflows and patient triage support Proficiency with
