• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Schedule appointments and manage patient calendars
• Assist with medical administrative support tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient patient care
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations ```Experience```
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
• Knowledge of basic life support and vital signs monitoring
• Experience with medical coding and billing processes
• Ability to navigate electronic health records systems
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
