Job Description
Job Brief As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support providers and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. Responsibilities Receiving telephone calls, taking and relaying messages accurately Assist during medical examinations Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments Room patients and document basic medical history Scheduling office or hospital procedures Medication prior authorization Completing other job-related duties and projects as assigned Checking and maintaining supply of stock to exam rooms Requirements and skills Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in patient management software Successful completion of an approved Medical Assistant Program is preferred Ability to perform venipuncture is preferred Join our team as a Medical Assistant where you can make a significant impact on the quality of care.
