What You'll Do:

Assist physicians with basic medical functions to ensure coordinated patient care Perform patient intake, including taking medical histories and vital signs Provide patient and family education and counseling Prepare patients for exams and assist during procedures as needed Manage clerical duties such as scheduling, referrals, and answering phone calls Restock exam rooms and care for medical instruments and autoclaves Attend staff meetings and participate in in-service training sessions Support orientation of new personnel and assume charge position in the absence of supervisory staff

What You Need:

Valid Medical Assistant certification or licensure (preferred) Prior experience in a medical office setting is a plus Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment About the
