Immediate About Beyond OT Beyond OT is a pediatric occupational therapy clinic opening this fall in Northville, MI. We are dedicated to supporting children and families through compassionate, play-based, and evidence-informed care. We are looking for a reliable and welcoming Clinic Administrative Assistant to join our team as the first point of contact for families and to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic. Position Overview The 1099 Clinic Administrative Assistant will sit at the front desk, greet families, and assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, billing, insurance support, and general office duties. As Beyond OT continues to grow, there will be opportunities to expand hours and responsibilities.
Schedule Tuesdays & Wednesday:
3:30 pm•7:30 pm Additional hours may be added as the clinic expands. Key Responsibilities Greet families warmly and provide excellent customer service. Answer phone calls, return messages, and manage appointment scheduling. Assist with billing and insurance tasks (e.g., verifying benefits, submitting paperwork, handling inquiries). Support clinicians with administrative tasks such as faxing, scanning, and organizing documentation. Help with light marketing tasks, such as updating social media or creating flyers. Maintain an organized and welcoming clinic environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Prior experience in an administrative or healthcare/therapy office setting is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using technology (Google Workspace, Excel, and/or practice management software like SimplePractice). Friendly, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
