Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care, performing various clinical duties. The best candidate will possess a desire to learn and an attention to detail. Excellent attendance a MUST.Duties:
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Record patient medical history, vital signs, and other relevant information
- Perform basic medical procedures such as administering injections and EKGs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms
- Support medical staff
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a medical setting preferred, but will train the right person.
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Ability to perform vital signs assessments accurately with a manual BP cuff.
- Strong patient service skills with a compassionate approach
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment This position offers the opportunity to work in a medical setting, providing valuable experience in patient care.
