Immediate Opening We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and personable Clinical Assistant to join our growing multidisciplinary healthcare office in Southfield. This is one of Our practice provides comprehensive care to patients recovering from injuries in a multi-disciplinary setting. We are looking for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, is comfortable in a busy clinical environment, and takes pride in helping an office run efficiently. This is an immediate opening for Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities Assist providers with patient care and patient flow throughout the office Room patients and prepare them for examinations and treatments Obtain and document vital signs and basic patient information Prepare treatment and procedure rooms before patient visits Assist healthcare providers with clinical procedures as appropriate Help patients transition between different providers and services within the office Clean, sanitize, and reset treatment areas between patients Maintain and restock clinical supplies Assist with documentation and ensure necessary patient paperwork is completed Communicate with patients in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner Coordinate closely with providers, front-desk staff, and other members of the clinical team Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements Assist with administrative responsibilities when needed Help keep the office organized and patient schedules running efficiently Qualifications Previous experience in a medical or other healthcare setting is strongly preferred Medical Assistant education, training, or certification is a plus but not necessarily required Experience in a multidisciplinary, pain management, physical medicine, chiropractic, rehabilitation, or orthopedic setting is a plus Comfortable working directly with patients and multiple healthcare providers Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized with excellent attention to detail Dependable and punctual Able to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Comfortable learning new procedures, treatments, and office systems Must be available Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM The Person We're Looking For We are looking for more than someone who simply completes assigned tasks.
