Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a Medical Assistant, you will assist healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional service to patients while maintaining a safe and efficient workplace. Responsibilities Assist with patient intake, including taking medical histories and recording vital signs. Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding of the process. Administer with injections as directed by healthcare providers. Conduct X-ray procedures when applicable. Maintain accurate patient records, including updating medical histories and documenting treatment plans. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the clinic environment. Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient care quality. Requirements Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent experience is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and basic clinical procedures is essential.
EXPERIENCE WITH MODERNIZING MEDICINE
(MODMED EMR) A PLUS Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR)
