Responsibilities include overseeing and ensuring effiicient turnover of exam rooms, escorting patients from waiting room to exam rooms, obtaining vitals and recording information in patient chart, recording in office procedures in patient chart, assisting physicians with injections, aspirations, and/or other procedures as necessary, monitoring supply levels, following OSHA regulations, monitoring and logging all daily conditions such as termperature, humidity, etc, sterlizing instruments, calling patients with results or instructions as directed by physician, sending electronic prescriptions, obtaining prior authorizations, performing office testing including EKG, blood draws, and spirometry, receiving clinical calls.
