Job Description
Stellis Health is looking for full-time Clinical Support Team Specialist to join our team. Join the team. And the family. Stellis Health has been caring for community members in and around Wright County for 70 years. With locations in Buffalo and Monticello we are a well-established multi-specialty practice that is dedicated to remaining independent and community-focused.
Position Summary:
The Clinical Support Team Specialist supports the coordination of patient care by performing select administrative and clinical tasks. Essential Functions Greets and rooms patients. May assist with patient transport/mobility needs. Processes incoming mail, scans, copies, and faxes. Prepares and cleans patient exam and procedure rooms. Assists with instrument and equipment set-up/clean-up for clinical procedures. Operates autoclave, sanitizes, and properly stores medical instruments. Ensures clinical exam rooms and stations are properly stocked with supplies and materials. Handles patient specimen drop off and lab delivery. Maintains patient confidentiality. Other duties as assigned. Education/Qualifications- High School diploma required.
- Current CPR certification or must obtain within 6 months of hire.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and patient relations abilities.
- Multitasking and organizational skills.
