Job Summary:

We work side by side with our dedicated staff to provide exceptional care to patients without the burden of heavy administrative overhead. We are independently owned and patient-focused with three clinic locations and over 100 healthcare providers, support staff and administrative professionals working as a team to deliver outstanding health care. We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to healthcare professionals, ensuring efficient patient care and smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare providers in patient examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications under the direction of a physician.
• Perform basic life support measures when necessary.
• Provide medical administrative support including coding and billing tasks.
• Handle patient service duties such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment.

Qualifications:

• Certification or diploma in Medical Assisting.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and patient care protocols.
• Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact compassionately with patients.
• Knowledge of medical coding procedures is a plus.
