Dermatology at the Lakes|Detroit Lakes, MN Dermatology at the Lakes is locally owned, physician-led dermatology clinic providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology services to patients across northern Minnesota and parts of North Dakota. We are seeking a dependable and motivated Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team full-time. This role supports providers with both clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced dermatology setting. Tuesday-Friday:

7:45 AM - 5:00 PM No nights No weekends No holidays Closed Mondays 3 day weekends Responsibilities Rooming patients and obtaining medical histories Assist providers with procedures (biopsies, excisions, Mohs surgery, cosmetic treatments) Prepare and sterilize instruments Document in EMR (EZDERM experience a plus) Maintain efficient patient flow throughout the clinic Assist with prior authorizations, scheduling, and patient callbacks Maintain exam rooms and clinical supplies Qualifications For Medical Assistant (MA): Certification required Previous healthcare experience preferred For Licensed Practical Nurse Active Minnesota LPN license Clinical experience preferred (dermatology a plus) For All Candidates Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and patient care abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Positive team-oriented attitude What We Offer Full-Time Positions Competitive compensation based on experience Employer-sponsored medical insurance with tiered employer contributions based on years of service Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays 401(k)eligibility Employee discounts on products and aesthetic services Supportive, team-focused work environment Opportunity for professional growth in a specialized field Dermatology at the Lakes is proud to provide high-quality specialty care in a collaborative, positive environment.
