Job Description

Position Title:
Clinical Assistant Compensation (Pay/Benefits): Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $18.65-$21.92/hour, depending on qualifications (i.e., experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. This position is benefits eligible, including health and dental insurance, health savings account with an employer contribution, flexible spending accounts, and retirement account with matching contribution. Additionally, we offer generous PTO, paid holiday schedule, childcare discount, and eligibility for loan forgiveness!
Schedule:
40 hours/week, Schedule will be both flexible and coordinated in conjunction with organizational needs.

Minneapolis Position Overview:
This position will provide support in the day-to-day operation of our Autism Day Treatment and Pediatric Therapy programs. Responsible for a wide range of support and assistance tasks within all program areas that supports the overall success of the program. Responsibilities include maintenance and organization of safe, clean and organized treatment space, administrative support to program leadership, supporting clients in treatment rooms when needed, and overall general assistance to therapy staff as needed This position offers the opportunity to work for an agency that is committed to inclusivity and diversity, employee wellness, the professional development of employees and the overall wellness of clients being served. Job Qualifications:
Education:
High School diploma. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience:
Background in administrative work (preferred). 1-2 years' experience with preschool age children (preferred).
Knowledge:
Computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel). Early childhood programming, Autism Spectrum Disorder treatment models, and community resources (preferred).
Skills:
Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, patience, flexibility, creativity, resourcefulness, ability to take direction as well as work independently to carry out a variety of tasks, good communication and writing skills, conflict-resolution, cultural competence, critical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, ability to persist past obstacles, and ability to collaborate and work as a team member.
