Duties:

Perform basic medical procedures, including taking vital signs, collecting patient medical history, and preparing patients for examinations Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and treatments Administer medications under the supervision of a healthcare provider Conduct basic laboratory tests and perform phlebotomy as needed Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and availability of necessary supplies Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy Perform basic administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, filing documents, and managing office inventory

Qualifications:

Completion of a Medical Assistant program or relevant experience Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology Experience with electronic medical record systems Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate compassionately with patients from diverse backgrounds Knowledge of basic life support (BLS) procedures We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for our Medical Assistants.
