Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Patient Care MA works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Patient Care MA will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients. Duties and responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant programExperience Preferred:
One year of applicable patient care experience or applicable medical office experience as defined by the clinic New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Works well as a member of a team; willing to collaborate with all members of the care team
