Position Details:
Overview:
Assists with all aspects of patient care as directed by nurses and physicians. Maintains examination rooms. Calls pharmacy with prescriptions and patients with test results. Acts as liaison between all non-clinical co-workers and office management. Responsible for training all new medical receptionists. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.Medical Assistant:

High School Diploma or GED.Certification:
Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire .Preferred Experience:
6 months of clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office.Certified Medical Assistant:
