Why This Role Is Different Clinic Support is a hybrid clinical and administrative role that helps ensure patients are prepared for care and clinic operations run efficiently. You are part of the care team from the moment a patient enters the clinic through documentation, coordination, and support of daily workflows. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teams to maintain smooth patient flow, accurate records, and a strong patient experience. About the Role The Clinic Support team member assists with both direct patient care tasks and administrative functions to support efficient clinic operations. This includes rooming patients, assisting clinical staff, managing documentation, and helping maintain organized workflows across the clinic. This is a fast-paced, patient-facing role that requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to teamwork and quality care. What You Will Do Room patients and obtain vital signs in preparation for provider visits Assist with preparation and administration of injections as directed by clinical staff Compile, document, and maintain accurate medical charts, reports, and correspondence Enter and manage patient information within electronic medical record (EMR) systems Transmit medical records and correspondence via mail, email, or fax Monitor, manage, and restock clinical and office inventory Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and internal teams Who Thrives in This Role You are detail-oriented and take pride in accuracy in both clinical and administrative work You are comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment with frequent patient interaction You are organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities throughout the day You communicate well and enjoy working as part of a collaborative healthcare team High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred Comfort with multitasking, patient interaction, and basic clinical support tasks Scheduling & Availability Requirement This role may be filled as either full-time or part-time. Part-time team members must have full-day availability on the days they are scheduled to work; partial-day availability is not sufficient for this position.
