The Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (MA) works under the supervision of leadership. The MA provides a wide range of assistive services to promote patient flow, patient information gathering and patient care in the clinic setting. Performs patient access duties i.e. patient check in and appointment setting for the Provider's office to support patient care delivery and follow up. - Ability to collect thorough information regarding patient's condition and evaluate effects of care.

- Follow policy and procedures; disseminate information and/or instructions to the appropriate person(s).
