Medical Assistant Team:

General As a Medical Assistant, you will: Assist the provider with examinations and procedures Collect and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, etc.) Prepare and administer medications as directed by a provider Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for testing Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality Assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance documentation, and billing processes Assist providers during women's health and maternal care visits — exams, screenings, and hands-on support Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are properly sanitized Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations per the state of Missouri Participate in community outreach events to promote community engagement with the mobile clinic programQualifications & Requirements Values :

High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification required.Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software BLS Certification requiredPerformance :
Able and willing to provide world-class service to all stakeholders Talents & Abilities Understanding of community health needs, specifically in underserved populations Willingness to obtain training and provide backup driving support for the mobile clinic Demonstrated strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR software Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 15+ lbs throughout the workday Bilingual (Spanish/English or other language) preferred Our Every-Day SERVICE Values We live by our SERVICE values: Speed, Extraordinary Effort, Results, Valuing People, Integrity, Creativity, and Entertain always. Work Environment 100% onsite Travel to various local community locations, often in underserved or rural areas Flexible working hours, including some evenings or weekends, depending on the clinic's schedule Regular work on and around the mobile unit, including event setup and patient engagement When mobile clinic events are not scheduled, this position will operate as a Medical Assistant within the brick-and-mortar clinic as needed Community-facing role requiring strong interpersonal communication and professionalism Fast‑paced environment with outdoor work and varied weather conditions Salary & Benefits 80 PTO hours available after the first 60 days of service Medical insurance- 100% employer contribution, participating plans $10K Life insurance
