Responsibilities (training provided): Welcome patients and prepare them for appointments in a friendly and professional manner Assist with patient assessments and documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) Assist providers during in-office vein procedures and patient treatments Learn and support basic aspects of Duplex Ultrasound workflow (training provided) Provide compassionate pre- and post-procedure patient instructions Assist with dressings and specialized vein care Help ensure a smooth and comfortable patient experience Communicate with patients by phone in a professional and caring manner Maintain clinical supplies and a clean, organized environment Perform additional patient care and clinic duties as needed
Qualifications:
