POSITION SUMMARY
The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) performs clerical and telephone duties to facilitate departmental operations and efficiency. The CMA will focus on quality metric achievements for all value-based programs.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent, required CMA certification from an accredited program, required BLS/CPR certification, preferred
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Ability to maintain composure when confronted with fast-paced and stressful situations/timelines Ability and desire to learn new technologies Must be timely and dependable Must be able to multi-task, work independently and be very detail oriented Must have excellent written and oral communication skills Must be able to complete documentation accurately Must be able to follow existing workflows
