We are seeking a warm, energetic, detail-oriented and compassionate person with clinical experience in women's health to join our busy practice as a certified medical assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient intake, including taking vitals and documenting medical history
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked
• Assist healthcare providers with documentation, procedures and treatments
• Assist with office light clean up and linens
• Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience

Requirements:

• Certified Medical Assistant
• Skilled with lab draw, vital signs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using phone systems and electronic medical record (EMR) software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
