Summary We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team in our orthopaedic surgery medical office located in Missoula, Montana. This role is crucial for supporting our mission to provide outstanding patient service and efficient medical administrative support. Responsibilities Assist with patient intake and registration processes Perform vital signs checks and document patient information Provide medical administrative support, including managing EHR systems Ensure compliance with medical terminology and coding standards Support physicians during patient examinations and procedures Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment Uphold high standards of patient service and care. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant required Proficiency in medical administrative support and EHR systems Strong understanding of medical terminology and basic life support certification Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
