About us At Carolina Children's Heart Specialists, we are dedicated to providing Eastern North Carolina with community focused care specializing in Pediatric Cardiology. Our staff includes a team of highly trained individuals including the only Pediatric Electrophysiologist in Eastern North Carolina. Dr. Fairbrother has specific training to treat patients with syncope, irregular heartbeat, pacemaker/ICD, electrophysiology studies and ablations, and sudden death syndromes. We're looking for a good natured person, who loves to work with children. We value hard work, great work ethic, and a persons' ability to keep children and parents alike, calm and (less) anxious while in our care! We offer rotating Friday's off during the Summers, paid PTO, paid holidays, health benefits, and cater more lunches than we care to admit. Who we're currently looking for:

MEDICAL/NURSING ASSISTANT

with

FRONT DESK

responsibilities Clinical duties include: Checking in/out a patient Vitals intake (ekg, blood pressure, etc.) Holter monitors This position will also require a primary role at the front desk.

Administrative may include:

Answering telephones Greeting patients at front desk Updating and filing patients' medical records Prescription refills Scheduling appointments Arranging laboratory services Required work experience: at least 1 year as a Medical/Nursing Assistant. Must have a certificate or higher education degree. Must be licensed.

Preferred:

12 Lead EKG experience, Cardiac anatomy and pathology knowledge
