We would love for you to join our rapidly growing Practice! We offer a M-F workweek with NO weekends. We offer a retention bonus of 8 hours of PTO added to your bank once you satisfy your 90 day probationary period! In search of a Medical Assistant who has a desire to provide legendary patient care, excellent customer service, and develop new skills. Some medical background is required through experience or schooling. This is a great opportunity for individuals who desire enhanced professional development in the healthcare field as our medical staff treats patients with a wide range of conditions from wounds to fractures to diabetic foot care and surgery.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms Prepping patients Creating custom orthotics Scheduling Assisting with procedures Taking x-rays Inventory control and stocking Other tasks as assigned which could include administrative tasks The candidates we seek are patient-oriented, have excellent communication skills (oral and written), enjoy taking initiative, work well within teams, and promote a positive work environment. They will have strong organizational skills. As we expand our team, we are looking for upbeat, engaged employees with positive can-do attitudes. Willingness to take initiative is essential.

NOTE:
Requirements:
High School education or equivalent 2+ years clinical experience in Medical Practice Background check required Certification is preferred Bilingual a plus Wound Care experience a plus
Location:
Hickory, NC; however, we have two offices (Hickory and Morganton) so periodic travel may be required
