Phycinity is a busy Pediatric medical practice in Huntersville, NC. We are fast-paced and looking for a team player that has great energy to serve our patients. We are looking for a Medical Assistant to support our providers and perform administrative tasks to help with patient care. You should be a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and be able to work well under pressure. You should have an interest in medicine and enjoy serving others.

Responsibilities:

Take medical histories, vital signs and administer injections and other medications (e.g. vaccinations). Perform tasks assigned by the provider: taking blood pressure and temperature, collecting specimens, scheduling patients appointments etc. Gather necessary information regarding patients' health conditions from family members or other sources. Record reason for visit and pertinent health information in patients' medical charts.

Requirements:

Graduation from Medical Assistant Program Completed National Accreditation exam
