About us Surya Medicine is a growing medical practice in Pisgah Forest, NC, specializing in Women's Health and Integrative/Functional Medicine. Beautiful and peaceful atmosphere Collaboration The opportunity for work-life balance with a work week of 3 days per week This position involves: Scheduling patient appointments Responding to new patient inquiries Responding to current patients' questions Administrative duties such as taking payment from patients and scanning in or uploading records Use of electronic health record Sending referrals and refills for patients Taking vitals and entering patients' medical information into EHR prior to visits. Assisting with medical exams and procedures Keeping track of supplies and ordering them as needed Setting up exam room. Cleaning exam room after use. Cleaning and Sterilization of instruments Working as an integral part of the team with the MD and RN. Must be compassionate and organized. Must enjoy working with people, taking initiative and being willing to do what is needed in the moment to support the team. Must be flexible and willing to learn new things Must have a positive attitude
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
