Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our growing health optimization and longevity clinic. Our practice focuses on cutting-edge peptide therapies, medically supervised GLP-1 weight management, hormone optimization (TRT/HRT), and advanced wellness protocols. In this role, you will be the clinical and operational face of our clinic—delivering an exceptional patient experience, taking baseline vitals, managing drug inventory, and administering subcutaneous and intramuscular injections under the guidance of our Medical Director. This is an excellent opportunity for an MA passionate about preventative health, longevity, and high-touch patient care in a modern clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Injections:

Administer subcutaneous (SQ) and intramuscular (IM) injections (peptides, GLP-1s, TRT/HRT) following strict clinical protocols and provider orders.

Intake & Vitals:

Conduct patient check-ins, record baseline vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, weight, body composition), and document health histories accurately in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Patient Education & Support:

Educate patients on self-administration techniques for take-home therapies, answer basic protocol questions, and provide encouragement throughout their wellness journey.

Clinic Operations & Inventory:

Manage clinic appointment scheduling, process patient payments/memberships, maintain cold-chain storage for refrigerated medications, and keep clinical inventory stocked and organized.

Compliance & Sterility:

Maintain strict HIPAA patient privacy compliance, adhere to OSHA sanitation standards, and ensure proper biohazard waste disposal.

Required Skills & Qualifications Certification:

Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA / CCMA via NHA, AAMA, NCCT, or AMT) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).

Clinical Experience:

1+ years of clinical experience in an outpatient clinic, medspa, integrative medicine practice, or primary care setting preferred.

Injection Proficiency:

Demonstrated confidence and proficiency in subcutaneous/intramuscular injection techniques.

Tech-Savvy:

Familiarity with modern EHR software, digital payment systems, and basic office computer tools.

Communication & Hospitality:

Excellent verbal communication skills with a warm, patient-first approach to customer service.

Schedule & Working Conditions Hours:

Full-time schedule operating 5 days per week

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
