Job Description

Rocky Mount Pain and Spine is a pain management clinic with multiple locations, and we are hiring a medical assistant to complete tasks at the front desk, reschedule patients, and collect urine samples which involves scheduling, ordering, and collecting. Your work will involve patient contact, scheduling, phone calls, collecting money, receptionist related paperwork, and then urine collection for drug screening of patients. This position is important as you will be the point of contact for patients and liaison for providers plus integral to the patient care plan because proper collection of a specimen is vital. This position will offer challenges that involve navigate an intricate schedule, and proper urine collection. You will need to be able to analyze and organize data, multitask in a fast paced environment, be on time, and work with computers/technology. Working hours are expected to be from 7:45am-4:30 pm. All applicants must agree to a drug and background screening.

Reliable Transportation, Organization Skills, Dependable, Team Player, Hard Working, High School Diploma Preferences:
