Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role involves performing routine administrative tasks, educating patients, and assisting healthcare providers with various clinical duties. The Certified Medical Assistant will play a vital role in fostering a positive patient experience and supporting the overall efficiency of our practice. Duties Perform routine administrative tasks such as scheduling patient appointments, managing referrals, and maintaining accurate medical records. Assist healthcare providers with clinical procedures, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting during medical procedures. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication administration, and preventative care practices to promote health literacy and compliance. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of clinical areas to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Handle patient inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit. Support documentation processes by accurately recording patient information and updating medical records as needed. Adhere to all safety protocols, privacy regulations, and healthcare standards to ensure compliance and patient confidentiality. Skills Certified Medical Assistant credential from an accredited program. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, and healthcare practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively. Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and other relevant software. Organizational skills with attention to detail for managing appointments and medical documentation. Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Pay:

$14.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
