Your Role as a CMA As a Certified Medical Assistant , you will be the heart of our patient care team, ensuring smooth clinical operations and making a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve. You will work alongside passionate providers and staff, embracing collaboration, innovation, and excellence every step of the way. What You'll Do ✔ Greet and prepare patients for exams, procedures, and treatments with warmth and professionalism. ✔ Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, and key patient information. ✔ Assist providers with medical procedures, exams, and minor treatments. ✔ Administer medications and injections as directed. ✔ Perform basic laboratory tests and handle specimen collection. ✔ Ensure accurate, timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. ✔ Educate and empower patients on medications, treatments, and health management. ✔ Maintain organized, clean exam rooms and medical equipment.✔ Step in to assist with front desk duties as needed. What We're Looking For Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required (AAMA, NCCT, NHA, or AMT). 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR), preferably [Specify EHR System Used]. Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills. A positive attitude, initiative, and commitment to continuous learning. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required (or must be obtained upon hire). Why Join AMG? You're Not Just a Number
