Medical Assistant - Primary Care We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Medical Assistant to join our growing primary care practice! What You'll Do As a Medical Assistant, you'll play an important role in both the patient experience and the day-to-day flow of our practice.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming patients and preparing them for their visits
• Obtaining vital signs and documenting patient information
• Reviewing medications and updating medical histories
• Performing EKGs, rapid testing, and other in-office procedures
• Administering vaccines and injections as permitted
• Assisting the provider with examinations and procedures
• Preparing examination rooms and maintaining supplies
• Handling patient messages, phone calls, and follow-up tasks
• Assisting with referrals, prior authorizations, and prescription requests
• Maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
• Helping keep the office organized, efficient, and running on time Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who is:
