We need 3 day shifts currently 9-5. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and administrative support within our clinic. This position requires a compassionate individual who is skilled in both clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible service and phlebotomy. Duties Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Administer medications as directed by physicians, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Provide medical administrative support by scheduling appointments and managing patient records. Facilitate effective patient service by addressing inquiries and providing information regarding treatments and procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient flow and quality care delivery. Requirements Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent training is preferred. Proficient with Phlebotomy and lab work. Experience with medication administration in an inpatient setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with internal medicine practices is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
