$27.47 Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and documentation in Epic EMR Support providers with clinical and administrative tasks in family medicine setting Manage scheduling, data entry, and patient communication Ensure smooth operation of daily clinic activities Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA standards Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality patient care Support coverage during scheduled vacations and absences What You Need Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) license Prior office experience, preferably with surgical scheduling or procedures Proficiency with Windows-based PC applications and Epic EMR Ability to work independently and follow written/verbal instructions Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and cultural sensitivity Capable of handling confidential information discreetly Able to work flexible hours, including occasional holidays as required About the Assignment This outpatient clinic provides comprehensive care for a diverse range of conditions, from post-surgical rehabilitation to sports injury recovery.
