Job Overview Join our dynamic fun membership based healthcare team as a Medical Liason Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting clinical operations. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work closely with a small physician team. You will assist with patient intake, documentation, and smooth clinic workflows. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about making a difference in patients' lives, this is the perfect role for you! All positions are paid, emphasizing the value of your contribution from day one. Duties Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with check-in procedures using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration to support accurate patient assessments. Prepare patients for examinations by documenting medical history, updating records, and explaining procedures clearly. Support medical documentation efforts. Manage medical records efficiently, ensuring confidentiality and compliance. Perform clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, managing referrals, and maintaining inventory of medical supplies. Work well as a team player. Requirements Ability to multi-task; interest in all aspects of patient care from check in to check out. Medical background preferred but not required. Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to patients. Ability to work effectively with attention to detail and organizational skills.
