This is a Full-time position in a gorgeous state-of-the-art-office ! Our privately owned single provider practice offers Medical, Cosmetic and Surgical Dermatology including Mohs. We are seeking an energetic team-oriented individual to work directly with the leadership to start building an amazing practice! This position will be responsible for: Rooming patients- documenting medical histories and chief complaints into the EMR (Mod Med/ EMA) via IPAD Directly assisting the provider with all aspects of dermatology care including biopsies, excisions, cryo-therapy, sutures, suture removals, general office visits, laser therapies, injections, cosmetics, wound care and Mohs surgery Accurately and completely scribing all notes during the visit for provider in EMR Maintaining an organizing nurses station, exam rooms, lab; working with practice leadership in setting processes and protocols for clinical flow Leading clinical training as new staff are hired. Providing educational assistance, pharmacy needs and communications for test and lab results Sterilizing instruments, maintaining an organized workspace Scheduling patients as needed for follow up appointments in conjunction with the Medical Receptionist This position will be cross trained to assist with some front office duties such as check-in and appointment scheduling as we launch.
