Job Description
Looking for a friendly and very organized medical assistant to work in a busy Dermatology and Orthopaedic office. Duties include escorting patients to exam rooms, obtaining patient histories, scribing during patient exams, submitting biopsies to labs, and assisting the physician with surgical procedures. We are looking for someone who could help at the front desk as well answering phones and checking in and out patients. Must be available to work 20 hours a week which could include some evenings. Must be completely comfortable with EMR's and working with computers/typing. Previous experience preferred. Perfect opportunity to gain experience for those applying to PA, NP or medical school!
