$26.55 This salary range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At NEU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries regarding domestic and international relocations. Prepare estimates, contracts, and service schedules. Coordinate packing, transportation, customs clearance, and delivery. Provide customers with schedules, required documents, and shipment updates. Business support including bookings, board tracking, maintaining customer profiles and rates Communicate with internal teams and external service providers. Prepare and maintain relocation and customs-related documents. Resolve service issues, including delays, damage, and lost items. Support billing and other administrative functions. Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Minimum 2 year experience in a Customer Service role Strong teamwork skills and inclination Good communications skill- listening, providing and receiving feedback Process improvement Patience
- ability to deal with complex processes that may involve multiple levels of approval High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience. Strong quantitative and analytical skills Strong computer and analytical skills
- Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Bilingual English / Japanese a plus.
