Job Description
Overview We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about patient care, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to work in various medical specialties and contribute to providing high-quality healthcare services. Responsibilities
- Perform vital signs assessment and record patient information accurately
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Administer medications following established protocols
- Conduct basic laboratory tests and assist with diagnostic procedures
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and medication instructions
- Maintain medical supplies and equipment inventory
- Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety protocols Qualifications
- Certification as a Medical Assistant required
- Adminster Vaccines
- Proficiency in basic life support (BLS)
- Experience in X-Ray, dermatology, geriatrics, urgent care, outpatient settings, PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) is a plus
- Ability to perform medication administration accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on excellent patient service
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
