Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-in/out processes, and follow-up communications to optimize clinic flow. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in hospital medicine, emergency medicine, or outpatient settings to deliver comprehensive patient care. Experience Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar clinical support role within dermatology, internal medicine, urgent care, or hospital settings. Demonstrated proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical documentation practices. Knowledge of basic life support (BLS), phlebotomy techniques, medication administration protocols, and emergency procedures. Familiarity with medical terminology related to dermatology, geriatrics, surgical procedures, and internal medicine is essential. Experience working with diverse patient populations in outpatient or inpatient environments enhances your ability to provide culturally sensitive care.
