The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care within our clinic, ensuring smooth operations and supporting our medical staff. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and safety. Perform routine administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, and managing patient flow. Collect and document patient histories, vital signs, and other relevant information. Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and answering questions. Administer medications as directed by physicians and monitor patients for adverse reactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinical environment, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Stay updated on medical terminology, internal medicine practices, and hospital protocols. Experience Must be spanish speaking Must have some background with medical insurance Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred,but not required Part time position has the potential to turn full time with benefits. Background checks will be conducted upon successful interview. Strong knowledge of physiology and patient service principles is essential for effective communication with patients and families. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
