Job Description

CHEMED (Center for Health Education Medicine and Dentistry) is looking to hire a Part time Podiatry Medical Assistant who is dedicated to learning and growing in our facility. You should be compassionate, dedicated and have a friendly rapport with patients. We are willing to train the right Medical Assistant in the Podiatry field. Come join our growing team! We are looking for a Medical Assistant to work alongside our Podiatrist.
The hours needed are:
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings 5pm-9pm and every other Sunday 9am-6pm. We are also looking to fill full time Medical Assistants in other departments. Urgent Care 4p-11p, two Sundays per month Bilingual Womens Health CMA, no weekends Urgent Care 1p-10p, e/o Sunday 4p-10p Pediatrics CMA evenings 4p-8p Sunday 9a-6p Internal Medicine CMA full time hours Our Medical Assistants are responsible for preparing patients for examinations and assisting doctors and nurses in providing quality care. Among other responsibilities of the Medical Assistant is to record and update patients' physical and medical information, assist clinical staff in completing exams, administer injections, keep exam rooms stocked with supplies, and maintain clinical records. As a member of our integrative care team, our Medical Assistants will collaborate with multi-specialty colleagues to ensure that every CHEMED patient is provided the highest quality of care.
