Job Summary:

We seek a certified or experienced Medical Assistant (MA) to assist our providers in delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, friendly, and committed to helping patients feel comfortable and well-cared for.

Responsibilities:

Room patients, obtain vitals (BP, weight, pulse, etc.), and document medical history Assist providers with exams, procedures, and minor treatments Perform basic lab tests (e.g., blood draws, EKGs, urinalysis) and prepare specimens Administer medications/vaccines (as permitted by certification) Schedule appointments, manage referrals, and handle patient follow-ups Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) Sterilize instruments and ensure exam rooms are stocked/sanitized Provide compassionate patient support and clear communication

Requirements:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred OR 1+ years of MA experience Knowledge of vital signs, phlebotomy, and clinical workflows Proficiency in EHR systems (experience with [specific system, if any] is a plus) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on patient care Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required Why Join Us?
