www.maniyahealth.com Our patient's love us, read our 1,900+ Google Reviews (4.9 Stars): https://g.page/r/CQTxAhpaV2NxEAE Job Description Full-time Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri 8a-7p (Thursday off) shift in Hopewell + one Saturday every 4th-6th week (Sat is 9a-5p) at Hamilton office Opportunity for growth & to become assistant manager down the line if work is exceptional Triage patients and complete vital signs, histories & rooming patients Check Out Patients by placing orders, scheduling the next visit, faxing referrals, explaining the plan of care to the patient Completing testing as ordered by physician (EKG, vaccines, COVID/Flu tests, rapid strep, UA/UPT, ABI etc...) Greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling, checking-in, insurance verification, co-pay collection, and scanning as needed Always greet patients and communicate with a smile "Bump up" all customer service issues and complex problems you cannot solve to a manager Help other office staff out as needed, we're a team Full benefits including Health, Vision, Dental & Life Insurance + PTO, Sick Days, End of Year Bonuses & 401k after the 3 month probationary period Requirements 2 years MA and/or Receptionist experience Reliable transportation & 100% dependability Professionalism and honesty at all times Must be fantastic with customer service Fast-learner & experience good computers/EMR Urgent Care or Primary Care experience is a big plus
