The ideal candidate takes initiative, loves creating an exceptional patient experience, and understands that the small details matter. Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide an elevated, personalized experience from arrival through checkout Prepare treatment rooms and patients for aesthetic procedures Assist the provider during treatments as appropriate Take patient histories, vital signs, photographs, and other information as directed Assist with patient intake and documentation Maintain clean, organized, fully stocked treatment rooms Follow infection-control, OSHA, HIPAA, and office safety protocols Assist with inventory management and restocking of clinical supplies Support patient flow and keep the clinical schedule running efficiently Assist with pre- and post-treatment instructions as directed by the provider Help manage patient follow-ups and treatment-related communication Support front desk, scheduling, checkout, and rebooking when needed Educate patients on services and skincare products within the scope of the role Help maintain the polished, luxury environment of The Aesthetic Bar Participate in events, promotions, and occasional content creation as needed Work collaboratively with injectors, aestheticians, and administrative team members We Are Looking For Someone Who Is A Certified Medical Assistant Professional, dependable, and highly organized Friendly and confident communicating with patients Comfortable in a luxury, customer-service-focused environment Proactive and willing to help without always needing direction Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through Comfortable learning aesthetic treatments, skincare, and products Able to maintain discretion and patient confidentiality A genuine team player with a positive attitude Interested in growing with a rapidly evolving aesthetic practice Preferred Experience Previous experience in medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, cosmetic medicine, or a medspa setting is strongly preferred, but we are willing to train an exceptional candidate with the right personality and work ethic.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
