Duties Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures, including collecting vital signs and updating medical histories. Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort throughout their visit. Operate Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems efficiently to document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality. Support medical procedures by preparing rooms, sterilizing equipment, and managing supplies for outpatient. Manage administrative duties like scheduling appointments, answering patient inquiries, and coordinating referrals in busy clinics. Experience Prior experience working in Chiropractic is a plus but not required. Knowledge of ICD coding practices for accurate diagnosis documentation is a plus but not required Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is a plus but not required.
