Escort patients to and from exam rooms. Obtain vitals for patients having procedures. Obtain precertification for medications. Retrieves and process prescriptions refill request from prescription line Collect Urine for Patient Urine Drug Screen. Demonstrates knowledge of office policy. Provides coverage for and assists other staff members when necessary.
